AWESOME DIET
I feel like I’ve been thoroughly educated on the ins and outs of weight loss. The author doesn’t just lay out his 10 day diet plan, he also delves into the science of why people get fat and how they can shed pounds. I have wondered how these celebrities seem to gain and drop weight like it’s no problem, and now I’m thinking that they are doing something like the 10 Day Turbo Diet.
This is not just another diet book that tells you how to lose weight. This book tells you how to drop pounds fast.

It seems that most diets fail because they are just too tedious, rigorous, leave no room for error and require a rewiring of the dieters mental approach that over time becomes too much of a hassle, resulting in the dieter just falling back into their old habits.
This book has you losing weight so fast (as much as 10 pounds in the first week), it’s over before your brain has a chance to get bored. You’re not just losing weight though, your burning fat while maintaining muscle mass.
The author goes on to talk about the types of food the body needs and the types it doesn’t, good fat vs. bad fat, the science of why people gain weight and how to take it off in a healthy manner, how to control your weight by controlling your blood sugar, and a host of other things.

Of course, there is some exercise involved, but it’s not really running laps and lifting weights, but things even exceptionally overweight people can handle like going for a walk, or, and I’m not kidding, planking!
I would recommend the 10 Day Turbo Diet to anyone looking to shed pounds fast.

INTERESTING BOOK
From the first page that I started reading this e-book, I was intrigued on what it will tell me as well as show me on how to keep my weight down. Now I’m not that fat. I just need to get toned up and I am glad to see that there is someone out there who knows not only their stuff, but how to adapt to each individual. The 10-Day Turbo Diet is the book you want to read. It tells you the differences between weight loss and fat loss, it explains what happens to you if you don’t have enough protein/nutrients/carbohydrates, etc. 

in your body and it goes into depth on what you need to do, the exercises, and foods that are good for you so you can lose that weight. As well as much more information. If you are serious about this, and you really want a change in your life and on how you think of things, to get a better body, then this book is for you! I will continue reading it over and over again, set my goals and continue using it to get a better healthier lifestyle from what I have now. Pick it up and take a look! You won’t be disappointed! ;)

EASILY THE BEST I HAVE EVER TRIED!
I have always struggled with weight loss for a number of years, trying a variety of products, pills, diets, no meat, eat meat, only salads, only shakes, none of it stuck for a long period of time. Since I have tried the 10 day turbo diet, I have noticed a remarkable difference compared to other previous diet plans. In this book, everything was clearly outline and referenced plus explained in detail the reasoning behind them.
Without revealing too much about the book. This book is very well written, detailed, and effective, all it takes is a bit of motivation and dedication to stick to the plan. I know I’ll be sharing this experience with other people trying to lose some extra baggage.

SOMETHING THAT WORKS!
The diet itself is very simple. However, I would recommend reading the book from cover to finish for a very simple reason: losing weight and shifting the quality of your health is far more than physical changes. Mr. Finn explains this in easy to understand, detailed language. Reading the book from front to back will allow your brain and emotions to evolve with the new information you are ingesting.
Similarly, Mr. Finn’s style of writing is both uplifting and encouraging. His languages is simple, yet thorough.

This could be a quick, skip to the ‘important’ chapter book, if quick results are all that are needed. But if lasting weight loss, with an incredible jump start is the goal, begin on page one. Because it’s such easy reading, it doesn’t take long at all.

In addition, I liked how at the end of the book Mr. Finn includes information to access some of his free diet support. He genuinely wants people to be thinner, healthier, and happier which is apparent not just in his bonus information but also in the tone of his writing.

FAST AND EFFECTIVE
“I don’t remember this suit being so tight”, ” This dress used to zipper a lot easier”. Those ten or so extra pounds can really sneak up on you. Personally I never seem to notice until I’m getting ready to go to a wedding and have to put on something I haven’t worn in a while. The 10 Day Turbo day is a quick, easy and effective way to shed that sneaky excess weight in a short mount of time. I highly recommend this book to anyone with an upcoming commitment who wants to look their best.

A WEIGHT LOSS PLAN THAT CAN BE FOLLOWED
The thing that I liked the most about the 10 Day Turbo Diet is that it was very informative and easy to understand. The book did not start out with a lot of uneccessary information, therefore it kept my attention from beginning to end. The information in the book was motivational to lose weight and by the time the book was over it left me wanting to get started right away. The 10-Day Turbo Diet is really informative. The book was a mix of information and applications on how to actually do this diet. I have read many “diet” books before and most are unrealistic, boring and hard to understand. Patrick Finn’s The 10-Day Turbo Diet is not your typical weight loss book. In the beginning, Finn states, “The 10-Day Turbo Diet accomplishes in 10-days what most diets take 4-5 months to do.” Such a bold and direct statement immediately reels readers in and makes them want more as they want to know how this particular diet program is different from the many others on the market that claim to make similar statements. Finn’s book is not filled with confusing and hard to comprehend language that promises to explain how to lose weight without ever really explaining the methods.

The 10-Day Turbo diet is written in simple, easy to understand language that has a conversational tone, which makes it easy for the reader to follow and further motivates them to lose weight within the outlined time frame. GREAT BOOK AND GREAT TRAINER
Losing weight begins with the ability to train your body and mind with new, dietary rules. The difficult part for most people is not in this training, but what exactly the diet consists of. In this novel, the author Patrick Finn successfully teaches the reader what they must do to lose those tricky 10 or 20 pounds, and in a relatively fast time. He does so with science, mathematical formulas and a handful of fantastic guidelines.

Assume if you must, that this diet will be just another, “fasting,” type of workout routine. But, Mr. Finn is a certified physical trainer with a degree in Kinesiology and as such, he knows his stuff. Although the secret to his weight loss is so that your body feeds off of its own stored fat cells, it gets much deeper than this. This book truly is an eye-opener to even a health-conscious person.

Mr. Finn will inevitably encourage a specific diet ad other traits like removing excess sugar from your way of life. And you will succeed under his guidelines to become more fit and feeling like the human being you want to be.
